Pura Cabra is an AI-powered legal information platform that provides guidance on Spanish law. The Service searches and analyzes official legislation published in the Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE).

The information provided by the Service:

  • Is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors
  • Does not constitute legal advice from a qualified lawyer

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
  • Submit queries designed to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Overwhelm the Service with automated requests beyond normal use

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Free tier: Subject to usage limits as displayed in the Service
  • Pro tier: Billed monthly via Paddle. Prices are displayed at checkout and may exclude VAT.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Pura Cabra. The legal content sourced from the BOE is public domain under Spanish law. AI-generated answers are provided for your personal use.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pura Cabra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
